3. Market Data Feeds & Limitation of Liability

Exchange rates are sourced from wholesale market data feeds (FastForex.io) and provided "as is". Latency, rounding discrepancies, or temporary outages may occur.

Mefico Studio is not liable for financial decisions, trades, or calculations made in reliance on M-FX data.

4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse engineering of M-FX software and APIs is prohibited. Branding and software assets are the intellectual property of Mefico Studio.
