These Terms govern access to Mefico FX: Foreign Exchange (brand: M-FX), operated by Mefico Studio. By accessing M-FX, you agree to these Terms.

Informational Utility: M-FX is an independent computational utility providing currency conversion based on cached mid-market rates, refreshed every minute, across 150 global fiat currencies.

No Brokerage: M-FX does not execute trades, manage investments, or hold customer funds.

2. Not Investment or Financial Advice

All data and calculations provided by M-FX are for general informational purposes only. No content represents investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Market Data Feeds & Limitation of Liability

Exchange rates are sourced from wholesale market data feeds (FastForex.io) and provided "as is". Latency, rounding discrepancies, or temporary outages may occur.

Mefico Studio is not liable for financial decisions, trades, or calculations made in reliance on M-FX data.

4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse engineering of M-FX software and APIs is prohibited. Branding and software assets are the intellectual property of Mefico Studio.
